If you are not satisfied with the goods you have the right to return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods with 14 days of receipt of your order. Please send an e-mail moneypots@terramundi.co.uk to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why and include your order number. 

Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any cost incurred and any reduction in the value of the goods.

Handling of money pots:

Please treat as a fragile item but with careful handling no damage should occur.  They can be wiped clean with a damp cloth but should not be left in water.  Do not place the money pot up against any other object or near a heat source.
