3. Check the boxes for front and/or back personalisation and fill in text per side.
4. Select text colour.
5. "Add a Message" if you want a personal card to go with your order.
6. Lastly, we offer gift wrapping so please check the box if this is required and "Add to Cart".

How much is delivery?
Great news, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all UK mainland orders.
Need something on the pot that is one too many characters?
This shouldn't be a problem. We cap the number of characters to 10 but when you get to the checkout, there is a special instructions bit where you are able to make special requests and we'll see what we can do. Lots of words are fine for us to fit in for example ‘Christening’ or ‘Anniversary’, but sometimes we are asked for something much longer. If we can we will.
I need my order quickly?
All Express money pot orders are dispatched on the same working day when ordered before 2pm and the next working day if ordered later.
Most personalised pots need a couple days to dry so the earliest it can leave is on the third day (subject to when the order has been placed.) It then can go on Next Day Special Delivery at an additional cost of £4.50 which can be done by giving us a call on 020 8808 3818.
How much to send my order overseas?
Shipping costs for overseas destinations are displayed once you have added the order to the cart. Then fill in the dispatch address and continue, the amount to ship will display.
I don't see my country listed for International shipment, does that mean you can't deliver there?
No. We can ship to most countries but some countries shipping cost varies depending on the carrier so we would advise you to call us on 020 8808 3818 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you the best quote.
Do you sell the pots plain and unpainted?
I'm afraid we don't.
My order is damaged?
On the rare occasion your order has arrived damaged, please send us an image by email with your order number and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
I haven't received my order?
We send a dispatch email as soon as we send your order so initially we would suggest you check on the tracking link in that email.
If following the tracking link does not work or you cannot find the original dispatch email, contact us by phone 02088083818 or email email@example.com with your order number and we will do our best to help.
